BRING THE CORN STATION TO YOUR NEXT EVENT

Fresh sweet corn roasted on-site and served hot to your employees, guests or event attendees.

From employee appreciation days at a single warehouse to festivals of thousands, we roll into sites across the Greater Toronto Area and roast on the spot — so every cob is handed over hot, not held in a warmer.

The experience

MORE THAN JUST CORN

The station itself is the attraction. People smell it before they see it, and the roaster turning in the open air is what pulls a crowd out of the building.

  1. 01

    LOAD

Fresh cobs go straight into the roaster on-site — not pre-cooked in a kitchen hours earlier and trucked over.

  2. 02

    ROAST

The drum turns over open flame in full view of your guests. The smell and the show do all the marketing for you.

  3. 03

    FINISH

Cobs come off hot and go through the finishing station — butter, salt and the toppings you choose for the day.

  4. 04

    SERVE

Handed over in a napkin or sleeve, ready to eat on the spot. No plates, no cutlery, no seating required.

YOU PROVIDE THE PEOPLE. WE BRING THE CORN STATION.

AN EASY EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION EVENT

Treat 50, 200 or 1,000+ employees without organizing a full catered meal.

No seating plan, no dietary spreadsheet, no plates to clear. We arrive, set up outside, and run a line that keeps moving through breaks and shift changes.

HOST A CORN DAY

One simple idea. A surprisingly memorable employee experience.

Why corn?

WHY CORN?

It is the rare food option that works for a boardroom and a festival field.

UNIVERSALLY RECOGNIZABLE

Nobody needs the menu explained. Corn on the cob is familiar to every age group and naturally vegetarian, gluten-free and nut-free.

ROASTED ON-SITE

Cooked in front of your guests rather than reheated. The roaster running in the open is half the reason people come outside.

BUILT FOR VOLUME

One item, one line, continuous output. That is what lets a service window absorb hundreds of people without stalling.

CORPORATE-FRIENDLY

Clear per-guest quoting, an outdoor footprint that fits a parking lot, and a setup that leaves your site the way it was found.

SUPPORT LOCAL. SERVE LOCAL.

We prioritize Ontario-grown sweet corn whenever it is available. In peak season that means a much shorter journey from the field to your event, corn that has not spent a week in transit, and money that stays with growers in this province.

Availability shifts with the season and the harvest, so we do not promise Ontario corn for every date — we do promise to tell you what you are getting.

FAQ

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

The things event organizers and workplace teams ask us most.

How many people can you serve?
Anywhere from around 50 people up to 1,000+. Smaller bookings run with a single roaster and a compact crew; larger events are scaled with additional equipment and staff, and quoted per event. Tell us your headcount on the form and we will size it properly.
Do you roast on-site?
Yes — that is the whole point of the station. Cobs are roasted where your guests are, not cooked off-site and reheated. On-site roasting is subject to the usual site requirements: an outdoor spot with room for the setup, and access for a vehicle and trailer.
Do you serve corporate workplaces?
Yes, and it is our primary service. Manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centres, offices, dealerships, construction sites and logistics operations across the GTA are exactly the sites we are built for.
Can you do employee appreciation events?
Yes. We call them Corn Days — a simple, low-effort way to do something for staff without organizing a full catered meal. They work for appreciation days, summer Fridays, safety milestones and shift celebrations.
Do you do festivals?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from festival and event organizers across the GTA, including food festivals, waterfront and cultural festivals, music events, sports events, community festivals, markets and fairs.
Can you handle events with 1,000+ people?
Yes, with a custom quote. Events at that scale need additional roasters, crew and a service plan built around your peak windows, so we work those out with you directly rather than applying a standard rate.
How far do you travel?
The Greater Toronto Area is our primary service area. If your event sits outside it, send the details anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can cover the date and what travel would involve.
When should we book?
As early as you can. The warmer months fill quickly and popular summer dates tend to go first, so if you have a date in mind it is worth sending it through well ahead of time. Short-notice enquiries are still welcome — we will tell you straight away if the date is open.

Still deciding? Send your details and we will tell you what is possible.
